Currently we do not have any physical stores and we are selling online only.

Product

Our products are made of highest quality stainless steel with 18k PVD gold plated coating, making them durable, luxurious also waterproof, hypoallergenic and tarnish free.

Order

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us via email: hello@mungmung.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the package is shipped.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For more return information, please check on our shipping & returns page or email us at hello@mungmung.co.uk

Payment

We accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay as our primary payment methods.

We currently only support GBP£ for charging our customers.

Shipping

Yes, we do.
We offer free UK shipping for order over £40. For EU customers, we offer free shipping for order above £80. For rest of the world customers, we offer free shipping for order above £100.

Yes, we offer international shipping to countries (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore). Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times due to customs processing.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. To check the status of your order, just click on the provided link and enter the tracking number on the tracking page.

For EU orders under €150, we now use IOSS, allowing us to collect VAT during checkout and avoid customs processing fees. Orders above €150 from the EU will require payment of VAT and customs fees upon delivery. International buyers outside the EU are responsible for any duty charges that may occur.

For International orders (except EU), it may incur local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are not included in the order total. Customers are responsible for all customs charges, as Mung Mung Jewellery does not cover these costs.

For hygiene reasons, we have a policy of not offering refunds on earrings, unless they are faulty.
