Taxes and Duties

International packages (except EU) may incur local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are not included in the order total. Customers are responsible for all customs charges, as Mung Mung Jewellery does not cover these costs. Customs authorities may hold international shipments for standard inspections or tax assessments, potentially leading to delays in delivery. In such cases, the customs department will reach out to you regarding any necessary payments. For the most accurate details, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office. If a package is returned to us due to the recipient declining to pay customs fees, we do not provide refunds for shipping costs; however, we will refund the jewellery’s price once the order is safely returned to our facility. Additionally, if your order included free shipping and is returned for the same reason, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Terms & Conditions

We cannot take responsibility for any lost, delayed, or damaged items during shipping. Once your package is dispatched and given to the courier, we lose control over its delivery process. For this reason, we highly recommend opting for a tracked delivery service to ensure better monitoring of your parcel. 
 
Additionally, we are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect addresses or recipient names provided by the customer. If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. We will reach out to you to discuss a refund or re-delivery, but please note that the customer will need to cover the re-delivery costs. Refunds can only be processed once the parcel is back at our office, and please be aware that the shipping fee will not be included in the refund amount.
 
 
 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mungmung.co.uk. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If refund is approved, the amount you paid for your item will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days; please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty items

If you discover that your item is faulty or has been damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@mungmung.co.uk. To help expedite the process, we recommend attaching a photo of the item to your email. We ask that you do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
